Chef & Owner

Born in Port Klang, Malaysia, Kevin called a street named Jalan Seroja his home. There, he would relish the opportunity to taste his grandmother’s cooking. Raised on a diet of otak-otak, gulai, kerabu, assam prawns, perut ikan, nasi ulam and more, Kevin has always held the flavours of the Malay Archipelago close to his heart.

Kevin’s illustrious culinary career spans 14 years, where he’s worked in some of the most acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurants in France, San Francisco and of course, Singapore. He was recently been awarded the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia award in Arts 2022 & The Young Chef Award by The MICHELIN guide 2023. At Seroja, he combines his international culinary experience with his affinity for the flavours of the Malay Archipelago.

Andrew Ou
Head Chef

Joining Chef Kevin at Seroja is his long-term collaborator, Head Chef Andrew Ou. Chef Ou has cooked alongside Chef Wong since they met in culinary school in Malaysia and has been working alongside since then.

Chef Andrew Ou started cooking in France at the prestigious house of Michel Bras in Lagioule , France & Ledoyen by Yannick Alleno in Paris , France.

Long Tran
General Manager

With over 12 years of experience in hospitality, Long Tran has led the front-of-house-operations of some of the best restaurants in Asia. He met chefs Kevin and Andrew during their time together at Meta and the trio have been steadfast collaborators ever since. Together, they aim to set a new standard of hospitality for the region.
